A little north of the over pass camp there is a random black dude wearing some jeans and an orange construction vest just standing there, he shows up as very small purple dot on the map and there is nothing to do or interact with he just looks at you all boy hungry.

noticed him yesterday and wondered what outfit had an orange vest. I just assumed it was a player b/c purple on radar

I found him one day and decided to stand next to him for about 30 minutes. We had the best conversation ever, even though it was kind of one sided. He's a great listener and doesn't judge you on anything you say. I told him some of my most private things, things I've never told to another soul.
He's going to be a main character in the first DLC! Calling it now, you heard it here first, lol
one hopes he doesn't( or does ^_^ ) turn into another conrad (from mass effect)
