re-spec your character a few types to tryout different build and you are bankrupt.
Think re-spec costs 10x EGO level in scrip

I have trouble hanging onto scrip, myself. I'm always testing out new weapons, modding them up as best I can, picking up new vehicles, trying new EGO builds...
Different people care about different stuff, I guess.
Scrip is to make it rain on the strippers Varus is bringing in to the Crater.
Its not like scrip is hard to come by. I say go ahead and spend 2k to fully mod a weapon. If your doing it right youll earn more by the time you max the weapon. Might as well get a benefit. Cant take it to the grave!
Just a neat little trick if you guys haven't figured it out. Scrip can essentially be transmuted into keys. Buy the green weapons for 1k scrip from vendors and melt them down. ~1k scrip = 500 salvage. As of yet this is one of the best uses I've seen for it.
I am lvling my SMG and therefor i need to buy frequently a new blue one on secret vendors, not very cheap these things
