Turkey Lovers

The Solstice Strike is unplayable due to spammers using thier Turkey Prototype. Major or minor arkfalls last about 10 seconds due to the issues with this gun. Not fair to others. It's way OP. Especially with everyone merging in groups to spam them. It's insane. The event had high hopes, but it's unplayable and a waste of time at this point. It's causing fighting in zone chat, frustrated players and Turkey gun owners proudly waving thier Turkey flag with pride. Between the verbal fights, and unplayable event, it's just not worth it. I imagine every upcoming event will be the same outcome unless something actually gets done with this prototype. Until then..I'm done.

Told everyone before the event even started it would be ruined. Still dont see what the devs was thinking with this gun. A fix needs to be implemented soon or even more people willl be leaving this game.

Agreed! I'm just grateful I don't pay for this game, if I did..it would have been cancelled the day the gun dropped.

Bump this....the events are useless if you do not have the turkey gun...as far as kills go....

Uts way overpowered..kikking the abominable warmaster takes seconds...same with any enemy solsice or not...it ruins the game making it pointless the participate if u don't have it might as well throw a couple bullets to be included then sit and watch

I haven’t had any lag issue during an event arkfall or arkbreak and I’m able to see all enemies, players and the snowman chest at the end. I’m also able to earn enough score to get a core which was one of the other complaints I’ve read. Hate that all of you are having such a hard time but I assure you there are more factors at play than just a turkey. Like mastery bug, class bug that’s being exploited, proper gear and class abilities, hatchlings, skitterlings, other grenades, number of players. Seems like none of you are considering all of these. However, I do think the turkeys are inconsistently bypassing shields and armor, doing direct damage. I’m not using it in arkfalls. I’m using a sulos rocket and a blast rifle.

then why did they do a emergency restart to address all the lag isssues last? way before the nightly restart too.

Always one that has never had any lag. Its amazing how everyone else in the game is having issues but one person doesnt.

i have noticed 2 instances to were the turkeys don't demolish an enemy. 1 of them just happening in Mount Tam versus a Viscera... it took 10 turkeys to down it. Another instance happened yesterday in San Francisco. There could be another bug going on amplifying the turkey's damage, as the turkeys usually demolish everything anyways, and no lag happened (no lag as in I could see the enemies moving fine and everything was instantaneous)...

it all depends on the turkeys pr, pr 4000 thru 5000 pr makes a difference

while that may be true, 1 of these situations happened in Mount Tam, where the enemies are capped at 250 PR. Don't really have to be too high in PR to demolish Mount Tam enemies. Most of the people that had it at the arkfall were probably at least 2000 PR above the enemies, yet it still took awhile to down that 1 Viscera. For all we know, the Mastery or Inventory Bug could be giving the turkeys a steep increase in damage.
