Mastery Bug Patch

It was stated in the last livestream that you had fix for mastery bug ready. Is there any news on this being pushed out live any time soon. Even Rarnok looked shocked that it wasnt being released with the SS update. I am being accused of glitching in game and its unfair. I was 5k way before the Paradise updaate and had alot of 5k weapons. I can sort of fix it myself by deleting all my pre patch weapons but i think that is a bit unfair as i acquired those weapons through coop chests. I am a collector of weapons and any OJ I have ever got (as long as its not a duplicate) i have always kept and modded them. This also saves inventory slots too.

I have been asking for a fix since October and we still havent had a fix but as it stands at the minute i am going to have to delete all my weapons and start a fresh since i am being accused of glitching. Or stop playing all together. I have already lost quite of my 5k friends who played this game due to being spammed with abusive messages regarding the exact same issues. I rarely complete arkfalls from start to finish anymore as i cant be bothered with hate messages. I usually now just tag the arkfall and go wait elsewhere for the rewards so I cant even work on pursuits either.

This fix should be top priority as its not just ruining my gameplay but also other peoples gameplay, the same reason we want a proper fix inplace for the poultromancer.

everyone is thinking that they wont be in the office until sometime after the January 7th. they did say in that live stream that there is gonna be a pvp update . maybe it will be a part of that update.

Thanks so now it makes me believe i was right before the event started. Leave the mastery bug in game so the event ends quicker meaning more keys are spent. Thats just my opinion anyways. To be honest they have said a lot of things in the live streams in the past and we have not seen any of it.

But anyways i need to decide whether to delete all my weps and start over or just put up with the hate messages. I shouldnt have to delete my weapons because Devs cant fix their game.

mute them and zone

Even when they are muted they can still say in chat that i am glitching and using modded guns. I need to know when they say things so i can explain in zone chat what the mastery bug is to people who dont know.

u dont need to do anything . mute them and carry on. let them report you . trion will take care of them . for sending false reports .

Or you can just destroy your VS and replicate it again. I don't see many other gun being half as problematic as the VS.

As far as I'm concerned, anyone still spitting skitterlings from all their gun WANT to use the mastery bug. If your guns are still bringing in the critters, don't try to sell anyone that it is happening against your will and there's nothing to do about it. At this point it's part of the game, so feel free to use the ****tiest smg you got as a ultimate weapon of doom, but don't insult us, we're no fools, we know that if you wanted to stop it, all it would cost you is 50 cores and a bunch of salvages (all resources you're overflowing with if you're 5k).

Wow...that downright sucks Drakenroo. :/ In the open-world environment, the Mastery Bug is something that just can't be entirely avoided (since the radial menu is fundamental for accessing certain parts of the game). :/ I also have legendaries that dropped before Hulker Hell (a few at 5000 as well), and I can't see myself getting rid of them considering that getting the rolls that someone would want are very low. The rolls I have on those legendaries work perfectly for getting the highest bonuses of each stat (balanced for all stats and not just of one thing). I imagine your case is probably similar to mine. Anyone giving you crap over that is just plain in the wrong since it is not really your fault. I don't know about prototypes for you, but that is probably best saved for a follow-up from you first.
