Prototypes wont drop

I am now 5k for a month and prototypes are not dropping on my account since i hit 4950 for 1 month.
I have 5 zone protos, 2 holiday contract protos, 1 paradise rep proto. 1 hulker hell proto luckily dropped. I have only had 3 protos drop from dark matter, hellbug, and raiders. New players have moro protos than I do and im 5k. I have played everyday since Defiance 2050 came out missed 2 days and played 6-14hrs a day. Oj drops as low as 4925 shield and grenades. Are protos locked on my account? Its very aggravating even more than the turkey gun lmao :) .This has bothered me for 5 months and hasnt changed at all.

Besides using ark keys and getting white nades at solstice event and the drops 4900 to 5k are insulting. Anyways hope no one else has my issue cause its ruinning my game experience. I swear my proto drop rate doesnt exist anymore. Something needs to be done.

Good luck with trying to convince them to change their drop rates. only protos i got are the zone pursuits. My friends and i have a character that we play on constantly and its at 5k and has never seen a proto drop from enemies or any other proto source other than the zone protos. its got over 50k kills for almost each enemy type and has yet to see a proto from them. yet like you said we constantly see low level players with many prototypes. their so called rng system isnt working how it should cause if it was we would have at least one other none zone proto but we didnt but its pretty much whatever at this point because they are to focused on "fixing" other issues that arent game breaking.

Again why i say all protos should be tied to pursuits. I started a new character months and months ago. First minor i went to got bonesaw. Jumped to friend who was farming for Auger. Wasnt even there 30 seconds and had Auger drop for me. The RNG is broke in this game. The devs say there are higher chances at 5k for proto drops, why dont they show us the %tables for this then so we have proof?

yall are beating a dead horse .they never listen to us when it comes to the rng.

I haven’t got an enemy proto in 4 months . My rng is definitely shut off .
I always said they could manipulate the rng for individual players etc in D13 . I came to this conclusion when patron pass came in , increasing your rng drops . Thus meaning it can be manipulated.

of course they can , i guess no one remembers the loot boost they removed .

Also , the rng from vendors is horrendous. Just spent 2000 rap and got absolutely zero oranges.

I am ego level 16, power level 580 atm. The only prototype I own is Philanthropist. The only legendary item i ever pulled was a frag snowball, so far...

I'll say it again, Protos are supposed to be very rare. It's like roiling a 1 on a million sided die.If they were common they wouldn't be worth finding, and the game wouldn't be worth playing. It could be worse, you could need to find 15 pieces of very rare salvage and gain the crafting level required to create the proto. Good luck with your search.

Supposed to be rare but dont have to actually kill anything to get proto drops. At least if they was all tied to a pursuit you would actually have to do something to obtain them
