Few Questions for the Devs if/when they get back

I want this thread to be questions only, so please dont reply if you arent asking questions to the Dev team. Every thread in these forums always go off topic but this one needs to stay on topic so we can try and get some solid answers from the Devs. Feel free to add as many questions as possible, I think its about time the devs understand how unhappy most of its playerbase is with the current state of the game.



Are you happy with the state of this game?

Do you realise that most players are unhappy with Poultromancer?

Why do you post on social media but ignore these forums like the plague?

Why do you continue to lie to your player base?

Why do you leave gamebreaking bugs for so long before fixing them?

Why dont you listen to our feedback and just add to the game what you think is best?

Why dont you put all future content on hold until you can get the base game working as it should?

Why dont you add the patch notes back into the game like the original had so people who dont use these forums can see what changes you have made?

Where is the compensation you said Xbox players would be getting for you not fixing the issue with sieges for months and months?

Why did you think it was reasonable to release this game with bugs which have been present since original Defiance and still not fixed?

Agree with all questions, this just keeps dragging on and on without anything getting done

Creativity speaking, amongst The Ark Hunter Association, math has climate nothing but double edge directions going on Six Year Arks/Years. Not every Ark Hunters was apart of Jokers Of Embarrassment.

(As i once said about The Ark Hunter Association..., Show and Tale better decisions.)

the real answer to most of these is that they do not care .

the developers believe that the players do not know what they want in the game , while the developers also ignore the truth that players do know what they do not want in the game

Could you do something about the same few players making threads over and over complaining about "issues" (turkey gun) that don't bother most players?

At least merge their spam threads please.

Devs did you know the creator of this thread hasn't even been playing the game? Did you know when they do bother to play they afk leech or abuse the mastery exploit enough that people call them a cheater?

^That^ is based on comments the creator of this thread has made here on the forum, read their posting history and see for yourself.

You should load up the game and see what actual players are up to and how they feel, don't just listen to the vocal minority here on the forums, thanks!

Hi devs. Did you know I'm actually having fun with Defiance 2050? Did you know I'm still not experiencing any lag/disconnects? Did you know I'm enjoying the hardcore difficulty challenge of this game? Did you know the turkey gun does not bother me one bit? Did you know ppl that whine constantly day to day and night to night in forum does not bother me and I usually just ignore them? Right? Okay. I'm serious btw. Oh, and hi Gamigo. Welcome. Looking forward to the future

Are you for real? I have only stopped playing due to the Mastery Bug, its not only ruining my experience but others too. And if im AFK does this hurt anyone, this isnt D13 with threat levels.

So you think the Devs leaving a game breaking bug present for over 3 months is just fine, good for you. I for one want fixes to come to this game so i can continue playing.

Was thinking the same after looking at his multiple posts and treads.Join date with that amount of posts in a month screams troll,or is he a old trion employee .I say this because he fails to acknowledge trion has had a bad 3 months with people getting sacked but still spams the same topic all over the forum,thats the reason why i haven't posted issues really ,because i know thay are limited atm with services .Give gamigo a chance to unpack there bags.

A bad three months. lol. The transition period. What about the bad months when they didnt fix the sieges for Xbox One and went completely silent on the issue?, only to then release a post saying their beuilding was under construction. Are you going to defend them over that one too?

Unexpected circumstances for the past 3 months yes i do,we vets and tru supporters for def and 2050 know what has happend and know nothing will be done till after the holidays.

So what about the months before the takeover? I get they wont be fixing anything until after the holidays but surely you can see that the bugs that was present way before the takeover have gone on for too long.

This would be fantastic. I'd like to see some proper forum management. We don't need banhammers coming down on people who give constructive feedback, but the breast milking YouTube links need to go.

Seriously, if there aren't staff who can do this, appoint a community moderator.

Yes i and many tested def13 and 2050 in the betas and created most of the threads and contributed to getting fixes done as you can see in my history posts,not sure why the platform i play on is any different as all are the same and have the same issues.You have only got involved in the last month and asking players that has contributed to fixes for defiance for years if thay know whats going on.Lmao,we dont need another spam/keybord warrior in the forum especially one that don't play the game.

What platform you play on makes a big diffeence. Xbox Eu is a ghost town, due to the way how we never got sieges back for months and months. We have lost so many players due to this.

And just because my join date on the forums is Nov 18 that doesnt mean i havent been around since release. I still have my original Defiance colectors edition with hellbug statue and bag all boxed up and in mint conditon. Also i beta tested 2050 and guess what the beta was a heck of a lot better than the final game that was given to us. And yeah i dont play the game thats why i have over 450k kills, 1325pursuit rating, and 64days playtime. Its only been the last few weeks i have given up due to the amount of spammers that are on Xbox EU servers ruining every arkfall and siege with turkeys. But what do i know. I know what is causing massive lag on the xbox eu servers when there are probably a max of about 50 people left on xbox eu

I love this . I agree with it . Turkey gun is not bothersome one bit . Lag hits once in a while and I can definitely attest it has nothing to do with turkey gun as no af’s or sieges are even in phase

Hi Johnny. Yes, I agree with your question. They should look into it (non-prototype wise as they need to remain rare). They should also look into trophies I suppose, and squashing every bug that's still in the game since original Defiance

My posts commenting in threads about things that affect me in game? Those posts are because I am worrying about myself.

You decided to stick your nose in something that had nothing to do with you, telling me I broke a rule. The rule you say I broke is a rule meant to protect people from having others come on the forum and call out their in game behavior, the OP was the one that came to the forum and called out their in game behavior.

If you bring your in game behavior up on a forum people can and should be allowed to talk about it, I wouldn't have any idea how the guy played had he not came on the forum and told us, different platforms and all.

Chump, do you know why most people are ok with the turket gun? I'll tell you. Any one who played the week of the turkey gun pursuit has one. The gun is op and 1 shot kills everything. The gore auger, bonesaw and atomizer were all nerfed for this reason. People complained mainly because they didnt have them. The atomizer is a decent weapon. The gore auger is a useless pile of crap, as is the bonesaw. If it is ok to keep the turkey gun the way it is, the the gore auger bonesaw and atomizer should be put back to their original state. If you dont agree with that then you just admit that the turkey gun needs a nerf as well

So in short, the turkey gun needs to be nerfed to being crappy like the gore auger and others or all prototypes put back to the way they were when game released.


FYI i will be putting threads up for the turkey gun to be nerfed after Jan 7th. Everyday if needed

I'm just glad you were honest about it and acknowledged most people are fine with the turkey gun, now I dunno about that 1 shot killing things claim, takes more than one turkey to kill many things.

You do you though and make a thread everyday, i'll do me and post a copy of that comment so the devs know it's basically just a grudge because your toys were nerfed.

Well I' can't be so polite with him anymore (but I tried very hard). He is a very 'interesting' man.
