This is the second let down in a few days. Yes I had plenty of the correct currency, and no its not in my claims. Submitting ticket #2. My theory is that there is just way to many people there and the game can't handle everyone buying one.

Still not fixed. Put in another ticket today! Got on today and got one of the missing guns, but it's useless/ broken.
Over 11 days later and still no response from ticket. They cost me a Goliath AND a Vulcan. Purchased both (after separate Arkfall endings) and got neither. Had enough currency and already checked claims. Even heard the cha-ching sound! Good luck!

I understand how frustrating it is to wait for your ticket to be looked at but we are trying our best to make sure we take care of every single one of you. Right now the customer support has been having issues with granting weapons as well, they are trying to fix this and once it is, your tickets will be solved.
What I ask of you is to not create multiple tickets, this just makes everything worse and does not help you or us. I greatly apologise for this inconvenience.
Thanks I only put in another ticket, because I did get credited a gun or it just decided to show up after the event ended. Got a gore auger that showed up after I put the first ticket in. Only problem is that it was power level 1 and no plans to replicate it. Added 1 piece of salvage to it and it maxed out at 251 power. Seemed like a kick in the balls. Waiting patiently now for venom splitter and gore auger and the plans that should go with them.Quote:
