Someone has never played a NES game where all you get at the end is a screen that says "congrates u vin"... yes it should read "congratulations you have won" but 99% of the time the ending screen didn't have proper spelling/grammar, HELL you were lucky if you even got an ending screen lots of the time the game just started over. So consider yourself lucky that you get stuff now....

I can totally understand his frustration to the fact there is no sense of satisfaction by completing all quests in game including main story line (atm anyway) yes they will be adding more content but of course they will be duhh. The game was far less satisfying then most mmo's or related game types.

Instead, I feel like I gained nothing but some stupid new title I get to choose. Whoopdee do. And ok, maybe I'm being harsh, or maybe I'm just being fair, from the standpoint of the layperson. No sense of victory whatsoever. And hell, even the ending clip was far from satisfactory. No celebration, no sense of victory, just that same monotone dumbass talking all monotone and telling me hey, let's get a beer. I mean seriously? For a game this hyped, that was the best they could come up with??

I dunno, I just feel empty a bit. No good new weapon to use, no real scrip to spend (hell, to the contrary, I almost lost it all), and not even a good ending scene to give me something to rave about. To be fair, I thought the last battle was friggin awesome. It was exhilarating in ways, and a fist pumping type accomplishment to beat. But that's where the satisfaction ended for me. I mean, again, 500 scrip. That equals one lousy level 1 mod for beating the main story. That's it. Oh, and a pistol, cause, like, we all just LOVE to use pistols in games like this...

Ok, rant over. Just needed to let it out I guess. Guess I had just been expecting more. Flame away, or whatever, I'm goin to bed...

This is an MMO buddy.
It has what us big boys call " Evolution"
It is in its first days of infancy and people are whining about such bull.
Even the biggest MMO in the world WoW started like a pile of crap.
Battlegrounds didn't work, character screens were blank, glitching of graphics and terrible mob tagging made the game a pig.
But us grown ups knew what was involved in such a mammoth task of creating a living perpetual online world.
Look what happened to WoW.
12 million player-base at its prime.
Even now 8 years on its still a huge draw and why......because people like me stuck by this little company called Blizzard.
Trion did an awesome job on rift.
Seriously, Trion have been far better for their community than Blizzard ever was and still is.
So look at the big picture and think about what is happening here.
Blizzard had the "easy" task of producing a game on 1 platform , PC.
Trion has done an incredible achievement by rolling out a game on all 3 platforms " at the same time".
They have just e-mailed me an apology for the sticky starting week.
This shows how attuned they are with the playerbase.
So look at your whining and put it all into context.
To all us true gamers, Trion are working a wonder here and deserve a massive thank you.
To people like you who obviously haven't a clue, this community is far better off without you.
Because is someone is undecided on purchasing this game and reads your ill informed claptrap,it will put them off.

Wow. You take this WAYYYYYYYY more seriously than I do. My god. You really need to get out more I think...

When you get max ego rank, finish all the goals, and every mission in the game, then you will be finished. At least until new content is released. You didn't beat the game you just finished 1 part.

Not the end of the game, personally i enjoyed the last fight. Tho using my zappy magno beam thingy he was never an actual threat to me. Still want his sword, whats wrong with robbing the dead he dont need it! :P
