I would guess we will get thrown in with EU as per usual.Though they said we can choose freely so it will be more EU servers and US/UK servers i would imagine.
I do hope it is under EU, I knew we could choose etc but Id rather play a home server that will be active. This is why I was asking coz Ive played on EU servers and not hand any problems in other games but when it was just UK seemed like there was nobody there to hear me scream
EU servers are more likely but I wouldn't be surprised if it went by connection compatibility as well. It will sync you up with people you have a good connection (bandwidth wise) secondly, first being friends, guilds and groups.
Apparently VOIP will be for close radius to you, which for EU may become very jumbled as we all speak many varied languages, most I don't know or know little.
It's EU....but i dont know if there will be country servers after release. think it depends on how many players are there....
Id think with some confidence it will be EU. Wether they do different speaking servers. Ie English, French and or German. I don't know
I'll probably just hop on the US servers instead. It will likely be EU and if Gears of War has taught me anything, it's that I can't speak French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Norwegian... etc, etc.
no server selection, its all automatically done for you.

Q: Will voice chat be proximity based?
A: Not exactly, in the over world you won't just hear random people talking which is a good thing. But essentially clan/groups will have voice and you will have a mute feature which will block not only the voice but the text based chat as well for that player.
Thank god I looked round after I said it.
