Cloak

cloak breaks on taking substantial dmg, if you fire from cloak it will come back, if you INTERACT from cloak it drops off. You can spec for + to ego charge on kill, and then simply pull out your best sniper rifle and go at it for a long time.

still detectable, cloak can easily be thwarted by several ego abilities and other techniques..

came here to say this was wondering if it did it for other perks to i think i had blur drop for me when i tried to res a player

You can also throw a grenade why you are in Cloak, so cool...
