I know that while a few members of InfectedOmen are looking to make something of themselves in the game, but we're not looking to become better than anyone else but our current selves...

If it happens that we become well known in the process, awesome! It's not the goal though. We're here to wear out a few controllers together and that's about the extent of it!

But anyway back to the post yea some ppl just want to be strong an powerful but so what if we buy the CE/UE just to get a small advantage over everyone else look there giving out a bunch of free stuff like preorder stuff and My Ego ull eventally get up there plus its not like other MMOs were its based of gear or the class... this game is based of skill.... say someone with more gear, guns an stuff like that but lil shooter experience vs. someone with lesser gear and more shooter/gaming experiences so anything could happen... dont think everyone wants to be powerful some ppl just want to leave there mark on the world :3 just have fun an enjoy the game if u want to be powerful strive for it by practicing on the game to improve ur skills but dont let that power consume u...

and this penguin would just like to play! >:)

I got the UE just cause I liked all the extra stuff plus season pass.

well kitty got the CE cause i got lucky with the 50% extra trade in an since im a Power Pro player :3 i got extra... Im poor tho so i invested most of the money in to the CE anyway but i dont regret doing it since ill be playing defiance for a long time :3

"Precision an accuracy", a mouse and keyboard is much more precise and better accuracy then keypad of consoles so I am guesing pc ;)

makes me cry when people have bad gameing PCs :'(.

still thats why they made defiance for consoles to. the ammount of mmos on PC where ppl cry to high heaven because there below minimum spec 6 year old machine cant handle a modern game. and then complain how it runs bad on minimum specs because they think minimum specs = super mega playable.

anyway i will be on PC i will be abusing cloak as much as possible in PvP and PvE and annoy the crap out of every 1 i am fighting :D. just a shame the ruined the rogue class on WoW i do love stealth ninja assiasin class / playstyle.

hmm just thought a sniper rifle with cloak ^-^

lol, I got 2 UE, one for me and my brother. Primarily cash but a couple of trade ins helped. I hope to be playing for a long time but we'll see. I tend to get bored of games quickly but hoping this will keep my attention for a long time to come.

Lucky u :p well it will keep my attention till FFXIV comes out :p i got to get real picky with my games since I have very lil money to go on :3 but its better then nothing

I'm sure everyone does, it just stopped being funny when people got out of the Barrens Crossroads. :P

Competition is good and healthy, within reason as are all things in life. As people pointed out before, I think overall through out the community there will be those few that take it overboard, but for the most part cooperation will be seen more often.

Well I've mostly amassed it through different pre-orders which I cancelled then put to another game but turned out that game was gonna be crap too or was crap and so I cancelled that even after paying it off and just putting everything i had towards defiance cause not much else was interesting me except maybe GTA. Not a fan of FF so I got nothing to worry about lol.

but this is getting off topic so I think I shall stop here...

As for being strong.. Of course you want to be strong. What else would be the point in trying to level up, getting better loot etc. Not to mention, some just want to dominate easily in PvP. I don't have to be the strongest, but I sure as hell will go after the best and most epic loot. But I do sometimes, use weaker gear, just because it looks cooler :o

I want to be strong and capable. I dont care about being the absolute strongest Ark Hunter out there in the Bay area of this game. Pride comes before the fall. I will play the living hell out of this game just to get cool stuff but in the end, its fun just playing with good people who arent total jerks

I have the same theory... You not preordering then Dead? and are you planning on getting UE for the season pass or just waiting. I still am on the fence. (have a feeling its going to come down to whether or not I am willing to shell out the cash on release day. LOL)

the UE for the season pass is tempting. since people keep droping the price.

they can't touch anyone, no one has the power to do that without open world pvp. there is absolutely no point in alliances right now other than increasing the playerpool. no guild siege, no open world pvp = no competition. there isn't even a chance or challenge for world firsts. there's absolutely nothing to compete for ..

seriously tho, does feel a little odd right now. but there are rumours flying around of trion in future dlc, making guild battles, like instances fights etc. that would be very cool

that would be awesome! I hope they're planning some sort of castle siege à la ragnarok online :) always loved that kind of PVP gamemode, and alliances actually made sense there.

but until then, those clans really should tune it down a notch .. or move it to their forums and chats.

@guilds that are fighting, why don't you all join a TS3 server and yell at each other? I'll be more than happy to arrange that for you. or are the things you guys say just empty threats? :)
