Account banned

I have mailed them back because I've got a clean machine on clean account and yet some log says differently. Proper proper ****ed off now.

I do not understand what it means now. Will my account be lifted after the 24hours or no and what us going on.

If it does not get lifted then I will request a removal and refund from Steam and then never touch Trion again. My fjrst time trying their game turned out bad. I want to see these so called logs because I am in no way shape or form a ****ing cheater.

I am in no way shape or form a dirty ****ing cheater. I ****ing hate them big time. I've never had a ban for anything in my life and this is my first with a company I thought I would try.

I do not understand if after 24hours ill be able to play or not.

Open another account... Doesn't that involve buying another game copy...

Sounds like they need to figure things out pretty quick. I've never heard of a gaming company auto-banning people without investigation just because a certain number of people complained. That seems extreme and honestly a little scary to me. I foresee a clan/group of immature griefers getting together and just making unwarranted complaints just to get people suspended/banned. Bad policy in my opinion.

Am I told that u a cheater? Don't think so. Im also was banned for 3rd party usage and make this topic as u can see... After livechat & support questions seems ima clear..

Still thinking its abot SW players reports from which now i play less :( Also TRION must make some limits for report players, or we get The boy who cried "Wolf!" and when they come, no1 helped him..

Lol i was not saying you are all guilty, i was simply stating i see a lot of people claim innocence when they are really just covering their *****, but to those that were honestly not using cheats, hacks or glitches i am sorry :)

I have not cheated in any way shape or form which is why I posted here. I know what happens if you cheat...

If I cheated then fair enough I got caught, but why buy a £35 game to be cheat knowingly that you would be banned, ******ed if you ask me. I am in no way cheating and they can even scan my entire machine and data over past 2 weeks if they wanted and it will turn up clean I know.

Hmm.. I have a G15, a G13, and a Razer mouse. I've not been using the macro functions on them however, simply because there's no real use for them in Defiance. I do use FRAPS frequently to capture pics, sometimes for bug reports, other times just because. I haven't had an issue yet however.

I did tweak the settings at one point using the Nvidia control panel, but that also hasn't appeared to affect anything.

Definitely something odd going on somewhere for all these detections to appear on their end, and the numerous suspensions (which are different from a ban, BTW...) being handed out.
