oh its definitely worth it. saved me so many times.
This is one of the best perks because the regeneration also works when shields are down.
This perk alone has saved me more times than I can count.

I don't know what level you are but if you have enough perk slots, throw Regeneration together with Fortitude, Cellular Armor, and Detachment (with whatever else you like) for a pretty good start on a durable build. Good idea for those of us that like to run around arkfalls playing support/healer is to throw those four with Combat Medic. Have that on my arkfall loadout and the only time I die is when I do something stupid or the dreaded "Circle of Death" crops up. if you are lucky enough to get one, add a respark regenerator to it for +25% hp regen.
with the perk and shield i only die when doing something stupid.
As a Shotgun user in PvE it constantly saves my bacon. Not having to wait for your shields to be fully recharged before health starts regeneration is great. You can actually tank with health to a lesser extent.
That bonus health regen from the shield is only active when your shield is up. The moment you take any damage, that goes away.Quote:
