What do you guys think about this feature? A lot of developers seem to like to add zombies extras/game modes. What would you say of Trion decided to place a zombie DLC in Defiance?

What do you guys think about this feature? A lot of developers seem to like to add zombies extras/game modes. What would you say of Trion decided to place a zombie DLC in Defiance?
I'm not a big fan of zombie modes or quests just for having them or without explanation as to why they're there. If it was somehow part of a story then that's alright for me.
If they did I'd see it being more of a Alien Virus, like with the flood from Halo how they looked like zombies...kinda. But if they added zombies for a DLC or Expansion Pack. I'd like it.
I think if it was like an alien virus I'd like it more. But I agree with you guys, I just feel its overused.

There are already way to many zombie games and more on the way like the new Walking dead by activition and The Dead Linger by sandswept so no, Zombies are getting used up and this is not really a zombie game either.

its almost like zombies are too mainstream, like vampires, wearwolves, and the word "epic"
Zombies are so over used but what you going to do[clan takes on a zombie infested area,town].
zombies are fine if they are (real) zombies like in resident evil and shaun of the dead but not like the fast runners in dawn of the read the remake coz come on they never ran fast there brain just wants to eat not run a fecking marathon
I use to love zombies in video games but now it seems to be getting a little old, everybody has to do it. It's kinda like multiplayer being in every single game now.
Zombies never get old. They will always be everyone's favorite!
Why not have something like Terminator's SkyNet, together with the arkfalls, from time to time we will have evil robot invasions! x.x
... Sounds kinda lame, maybe.
But zombies feel really overused. Evil robots needs love too.
