I have 2 loadouts I made and love atm -
Loadout 1 (Fire based) - FRC assualt carbine with fire damage, North flare pistol, pyro grenade and overcharge. This is a real dps beast, spreading fire dots everywhere and racks up high scores.
Loadout 2 - Splurge launcher that fires BIO rockets, Infector, flash grenade and Blur. Slow down enemies and boosting your own speed is really fun. It's also good in co-op, slow down enemies stun them and have boosted speed to revive others. It's not a high DPS but is really good crowd control.

gonna experiment with a Heavy Weapons build.
LMG and some sort of Launcher, probably a Mass Cannon or Grenade Launcher.

I'm using an AR + Infector for the Going Commando 3 pursuit, but I swap out one or both if the situation demands it. I use Overcharge, especially when using a full-auto LMG to eliminate any and all recoil. Aside from Semi-auto sniper rifles and pistols, I use pretty much every weapon. Some more than others. The anemic damage of a rocket launcher is off-putting to me given their low projectile velocity, subpar damage and how difficult it is to detonate the rockets that rain down projectiles on manual detonation because it's all guess work. The 3-shot burst rocket launcher is pretty good, but again, low projectile velocity hurts it, a lot.
If I see areas where Dark Matter Snipers are, I'll swap out my Infector to a BASR if they're at range and unaware of me. Elite versions get Overcharge on top for a good one-shot kill to their head.

I actually have 3 builds.. depends on the situation...
Build 1: AR/Shotgun combo (I switch them out, but always keep both with some form of nano on them, prefer fire, shock, and syphon)
Build 2: Sniper/Handgun combo - VOT Bolters ALWAYS (that's how you get that 4K crit someone was mentioning, with good mods).. and I've got a double-tap pistol right now that I really enjoy.. both with syphon.
Build 3: Arkfall/Heavy Assault combo - LMG/Rebound Launcher.. both with nano's as well. This REALLY cranks up the damage during arkfalls or heavy mob missions (think 99ers on the dock type mobs).
For any of these.. I've got a purple grenade (pure damage) and decoy. I'll probably pick up cloak again for using with the sniper set up as I really enjoy it for that version. The games weapons IMHO, are very situational and having the ability to hide or confuse your enemy to recharge your shield (a blue Rebel Regen III with snare resist) is a really good thing.
My next loadout however.. will be a SMG/Pump Shotgun combo. I tried that in beta and really liked it as well, just have to use a good SMG, and grab Overcharge to really get the damage out there NOW. I may switch it out with a Infector/Pump as well, since I've got about 9 blue infectors just collecting dust in my inventory...lol

Wow i can hardly manage to keep one loadout at its best. Three would be too much switching for me
