Question about the DLC

Hi, i got a question about the DLC pack that's currently available for purchase with a discount for PS3. When i press buy now on the website it directs me to the US PSN store. I'm from belgium and i doubt this will work in europe. I've checked the europe PS store and it doesn't seem available for purchase there. So my question is: is there any way for europeans to buy the DLC currently with the discount? Or are we doomed to wait for it to release on EU PSN store each time a DLC comes out?

I would also like to know the answer to this, same situation in the UK.

The season passes stay in the store even after the individual DLCs start to release. I bet the season pass will appear on or before the day that first DLC releases.
