That and Microsoft has some way weird views on like, beta testing products on their stuff. I'm not saying 360 players aren't being considered, but to stress test, they likely have smaller servers set up, due to the smaller expected numbers. Thus by cramming every one in on 360 in a shorter period of time, they can resolve issues due to the smaller projected player base.
Thats my theory, because lets face it, 360's pay to play online crap isn't winning favours with people, that, and the game to my knowledge, was developed for PC and ported..which is normal for most games these days, but I have faith Trion did a good port, unlike some games I've played.
