You can get these in multiple shops. 1 of them is far to the east of Iron Demon, just before you hit the coast along the main road.
My game is glitched and stoped selling them with effects
sooo do you want them with out XP and Mods?? also their EGO rating doesn't mean crap i have a SaW Ego at like 250 that's better than all the other garbage ones i've picked up in the last 300 Ego levels
I was hopeing for one with no xp but it don't matter and mod wise it has to have a stock magazine and barrel slots

Ur in luck I have a rare purple emc xar 22 full mod slots no scope since I don't like them and it has a toxic effect, 90% of the ones iv seen have no effect at all
