    Whar are the compound bows!@!@!@
    I would really like to use one in game =( sad that they have so few weapons for a future world game.....

    What weps would you like to see added to the game?

    I would only support bows if instead of arrows they fire the infector's headcrabs. And whenever one is sent flying we get the Wilhelm Scream.

    Assault Rifles with 5diff types of amo
    Auto-Shotguns-with 5diff types of amo
    sniper Rifles auto/bolt, with 5diff types of amo
    Bmgs
    Pump Shotguns with 5diff types of amo
    Infectors
    Rockets,Lobbers,bunch of bomb weps
    and many others ofc

    I would still like more tho ^^

    LOL. Why would you want bows on a modern or future battlefield were modern weapons are readily available? Especially with the variety in this game.

    I think we're just sort of spoiled by the variety in Borderlands/2

    Though yes, a couple more weapon variants would be nice, some random thoughts:

    Bolt action sniper:
    - Bows: 1 ammo base mag, extremely fast reload, arcs, deals increased damage to humanoid targets
    Semi-auto sniper:
    - Crossbow: fast reload, arcs, deals increased damage to humanoid targets
    Assault rifle:
    - Beam rifle: reduced damage and accuracy from hip, higher crit damage, damage over time similar to Northstar.
    LMG:
    - Minigun: has spin up time, far larger ammo capacity. Does not zoom in, replaced by being able to spin up. Slows player when spinning up.
    SMG:
    - Flamethrower: Close range, Penetrating cone
    Combat Shotgun:
    - Kickback gun: Single projectile, slightly lower damage, massive knockback and recoil.
    Pump action shotgun:
    - Mini-missiles: Each pellet does a small AoE, slow projectiles.
    Pistol:
    - Emp shot: Deals increased damage to mechanical targets and shields. Deals lower damage against health of non-mechanical targets.
    Grenade launcher:
    - Minelayer: Long duration sticky nades which also activates when targets approach, has an activation time.
    Rocket launcher:
    - Beam Missile: Penetrates non-mechanical targets, dealing damage on both penetration and explosion (only damages mechanical units once)
    BMG:
    - Hyperbeam: No longer links, but beam penetrates and can heal and damage at the same time, Alt fire turn it into a close range only area effect instead.
    Infector:
    - Drainer: No longer spawns bugs. Instead, afflicted target causes a similar damage over time to all units surrounding itself

    There was another thread about weapon ideas. Honestly, I want more plasma spitting weapons, and charge pistols.

    but bows? no thanks. This isn't crysis. (and K-volt kicks the predator bow's *** every time)

    I wouldn't mind a bow or crossbow in the game, they are weapons that have never lived out there usefulness for centuries and could easily fit in with Defiance. Maybe even some alien tech ones which fire plasma arrows as well :p
