I took the plunge! [Spoilers]

I finally made it across the bridge, and it's tough. The thing is, I can whip any of the peoples butts on the other side of the bridge, but when it comes to the bridge guys shooting the rockets and other weapons that kill you in like one hit, how do you take them out?

San-Fran is a mess down there, pretty much vaporized, done a couple of the Arkfalls down there, not bad. Is there any easter eggs or anything of that nature in the South? Any easter eggs in general? Thanks.
