Question about the environments

I see that San Francisco is being shown off for the game but will we be able to play in St.Louis as well?

Possibly in an expansion... But from what ive seen the game is San Fran and the show is St. Louis.

The problem is that people will expect to be able to change the show in drastic ways if they are in St Louis, which is impossible. Chance are we may get a secret mission to go into Defiance at night and take something from there without being caught, so that wa you can be in the city but not interact with everyone.
