Completed the episode missions days ago, logged in to a mission failed?

I'm posting this in general as I'm not entirely sure this is a bug. Now, every time I log in it tends to pop up with mission complete, or pursuit complete a couple of times for no apparent reason. Nothing else actually happens, didn't report it because it's not really a problem. The whole mission failed thing concerns me a bit. Is there anything other than the 4 episode missions that they took out?

I expected the missions to be taken out, of course, but given that it was not mentioned that it was happening with the server restarts and the individual who posted about them said nothing else was going on when clearly they did do something, makes me rather worried.
