So am I, still noticed it in the very first bathscene in the show. I'm pretty sure the lower part of her bathsuit has a thing that spins.

Edit: Yep, there it is, about 48 minutes into the pilot episode. Not sure if it is in any of the other bathscenes in the show.

I'm just watching it on Hulu, so maybe I don't have enough resolution to see it. She has a big silver knot thingy but it doesn't move.

The inside of it does, not the entire the thing. Like there is a fan built into it :P Or it might just be the reflections from the water..
