I enjoying the coop, completing missions, instances and arkfalls with my friends/clan members. I'm not too crazy about the PvP but do it here and there to change it up a bit :)

Picking up some epic new loot after a tough fight, equipping it and then pwning all the enemies with it
i also loved lighting one of the lights from the new pursuits and watching it fly away. hilarious!!

Honestly? It's gotta be the experience of going around, invisible, shooting the heads off of enemies with an overpowered sawed off shotgun with one shot. Works in PVP, too. Nobody ever sees it coming. The rest of the game is awesome, but that there just makes my day complete.
EDIT: There's also literally exploding enemies' heads with an overpowered sniper rifle on certain missions.
