If I Had a Rubber Hose

I normally don't mind spending some real money towards in game currency, but there's no way I'm going to buy bits as it is right now for the following reasons.

1. The exchange rate is way too low.
2. The drop rate for purple and orange items from lock boxes is way, way too low.
3. Orange items just aren't that much better than blue or purple items.
4. Customer service is way too slow to fix things when your purchase goes wrong.

Trion, you're going to have to do better if you want me to open my wallet again. I went through this with ME3 and Bioware points and I'm not going to do it again.

3rdpig - That's exactly where I'm at. I bought the extra 15 slots of space, but mostly out of frustration at having my inventory fill up during a coop mission.

Way back when (it may have even been on the beta forums; they all kinda run together after a while), they stated that most random events and such were supposed to reward keycode fragments, not full keycodes. The fact that they didn't do so properly at launch, and still are apparently working on it, may be a legitimate complaint, but I feel that them fixing a known bug is not.

They removed fragments altogether though, sometime between BWE2 and BWE3 iirc. I wasn't playing that alpha much then either. Too bad we don't still have them, they make a better carrot than some tiny amounts of scrip and ark salvage.
