I will start off by saying I do not have the best internet connection, I am aware of this, but this slow to patch, really?
I am downloading the patch and all I am getting for a rate is 0.02.................that right 0.02! That is below the speed of dial-up! It must be a server side throttle or something because it doesnt fluctuate at all 0.02! Really?
Can anyone tell me whats going on? If I have to wait 8 damn bours to DL this patch to hell with it, not worth it.

no, I just started the DL and watching it.
BTW I tested my connection on speedtest.com before the patch and again just now while it was patching and it came out exactly the same so I know it is not on my end, cant be.

Yes, wired connection the router. No other devices are on it, until I turned on my PC to post this, and it doesnt effect the DL at all as I said above.
My only guess would be that its a server issue. There could be a lot of traffic right now. More people are home and trying to download the patch just like you. Might just have to wait.
I thought maybe too but it did the same thing this afternoon when I tried it. I shut it off then, not to try again until I turned it on thisevening. Both times (now and this afternoon) it is stuck on 0.02mb/sec! crazy.
