Blood of Heroes (PS3) bugged lantern?

Has anyone else noticed this bugged? The lantern by the firepit?
Been tracking this quest for hours and finally find and do it. Then it's bugged Trion? WTF.

Could I get a fix please? Only so much time to do armstice.....

Same thing here on XBOX.

I did this one yesterday just fine. I stumbled across it in Marin — area where the pows are in the field west of Muir Processing, along the road (Pow Hunters is usually here). Another reference is that it's east of the Mine Alley race.

I also saw Burn Baby Burn spawn immediately before Blood of Heroes (I was doing the race and passed by it).

The first time I tried this one (near the East Radio Tower) one of the guards I was supposed to revive... wasn't lying on the ground, so I couldn't revive him, so I left and came back later. The second time, same location, it worked just fine.
