armistice celebration none existent?

Iv been searching for about 6 hours now... i keep running into the Stumps that spawn with the event and never despawn, but still cant find one. Is it just that damn rare? or are they gone?

No, armistice celebration is the name of the Raiders Pilgrim event. It the only one out of the 4 i need.

Yea, iv been patrolling between about 7 of the possible locations for it and it has yet to appear.

What I did was patrol the roads and when ever I seen an instance I would complete it so there were more open places for it to spawn. Hope it helps.
