How do I buy vehicles

Hey guys I've been wondering how to buy vehicles such as the dodge cars or things like that? :confused:

There are vendors in game that sell cars and some vendors have limited time sales of cars.

There is a "hidden vendor" west then north from the muir processing plant(you can search the forums on it) that sells an orange dodge for example.
