Remove EGO powers from PVP

I tried to defend it, but pvp just doesnt work (although shadow war isnt as bad as 6v6)

But thats the only way to really fix pvp.

The whole cloak / shotgun thing is ridiculous and nerfing sawed off shotguns didnt do anything but piss off pve'rs that already knew it sucked.

The only way i can see to fix it is just remove the powers, keep the perks obviously, but that would fix it.

lore wise call it ego interference or something i dont care, but seems like the only people enjoying pvp are the cloakers.

After trying shadow war for the event pursuit, I have to agree. All the powers are just silly in a PvP setting. When everyone has an I win button it gets incredibly dull very fast.

"Oh, you don't have your EGO ready, well you died without even having a chance"

"Used my ego power, now I gotta go sit in a corner till it's ready to have a chance again"

Not fun.

Yes thats what i use and i get kills, but the system doesnt work, and if overhcarge wasnt in the pvp game you would still be able to kill people and have fun.

like i said remove ego powers, pvp would be a lot more fun. either that or make cloak work like most games where your not actually invisible, and once you fire you cant recloak for a while. its possibly the worst ive ever seen.

I agree. They should also remove any and all skills / spells from other MMOs and have everyone fight purely with auto attacks. Trion should also remove all weapons in the game and just give everyone the same standardized paintball gun. I dont like dying, nobody should have to die ever ad its unfair that different weapons are useful for different situations, therefore they are all OP and should be removed. I mean come on. There is absolutely no way whatsoever to counter anything.

While they're at it. I would also like Trion to remove the need to aim. Simply clicking should automatically hit everyone on my screen and within a 100m radius around me. Its not fair that some people are better at aiming than me. Having good aim and the ability to hit moving targets better than me is OP. They should remove it.

I also dont like having to move, or the fact that terrain / cover exists. Some people are better at moving behind cover and avoid being spotted / shot and taking out others from behind cover. Maps should be made up of everyone being inside a small room and we should all be legless. That way nobody can move / dodge or use anything for cover and people who are better at those things will have no advantage over those who arent.

While I personally agree that the balance between the ego powers is totally out of whack when it comes to pvp, I doubt they will ever be disabled for pvp, as they are a major part of the game.

I only hope trion can come up with a better fix for the shotgun/cloak combo, then "hey, lets nerf sawed-off!" The sawed of nerf changed nothing, it still instagibs, you just get a smaller number when doing it, that said the sawed-off was never the issue in the first place.
