When/where have they ever stated weapons and shields will be in the Bit shop? They specifically stated it will not be pay to win so they wont have them in there.

I'm torn on whether or not I think vehicles should be offered, they seem to be pieces of gear in their own right from what ive heard, with distinct advantages to different kinds.

You can probably buy scrip and XP boosts and well as permission to create a clan etc without having to "grind" for it first.

Unfortunately, they have mentioned weapons as something available through the cash shop, as recently as last Friday's stream. As long as those same weapons can be obtained through normal in-game play as well, that's fine (although who knows if that's the case). Then it's not pay to win, it's pay because you're impatient.

This really shouldnt come as surprise. They need to make as much money as possible, thats the ultimate goal of any company. All those DLC packs wont pay to make themselves. And since you can stilll play the DLC for free if you dont buy a season pass( you just cant use any of the loot). They need to find a way to generate as much revenue as possible. In the end, even though they make fantastic games, they are here to make money. So, even if not now.. expect ALOT of micro transactions in this games future.

Supposedly.

They will probably offer inventory slots as well.

The thing about the keycodes. They have stated on live streams that you can find key code fragments that will be combined to make the whole keycode. So there will be multiple ways to obtain not just through the micro store.
