I broke Amazon customer service

So I too ordered through Amazon, had a fruitful conversation with a Customer Service representative and recieved the following email.


Hello,

Greetings from Amazon.co.uk.

This is a follow-up email for the conversation we had on Amazon.co.uk chat.

I understand that you wish to know when the codes for the Beta for the order,#203-0548458-2901121 will be sent to you.

I've contacted the concerned team.The codes will be sent to you on the below dates.

Please check below information:

PS3: The Beta Event runs from 3pm GMT, March 19 to 4am GMT, March 26. Customers who pre-order up to and including Sunday, March 17 - you will receive your Beta codes on March 19.

PC: The Beta Event runs from 3pm GMT, March 22 to 4am GMT, March 25. Customers who pre-order up to and including Wednesday, March 20 - you will receive your Beta codes on March 22.

Xbox 360: The Beta Event runs from 3pm GMT, March 25 to 4am GMT, March 27. Customers who pre-order up to and including Saturday, March 23 - you will receive your Beta codes on March 25.

nice man ill contact them tommorw with my follow up after 48 hours thing maybe later vo just to challenge them

I was speaking to them at around 10am GMT and they directed me to the site saying the beta has been delayed, no times are available ect and she is getting in touch with the team to try and get to the bottom of it, although it could take 3 days for a reply. I go town, come home and have an email saying the above.

so less than 24 hours from now I will be downloading the beta :cool:

I just applied my PS3 beta code. I go to manage games and it doesn't really make sense. Sledge if you're reading this can you confirm I have registered for both the PS3 and Xbox betas?

Where did you get your code from DocRogers? Also I think you will recieve an email nearer the time with the actual PSN/XBLA codes.
