Ok the disappearing weapon crap has to stop

I've now lost 2 legendary weapons to this amazing salvage matrix and have yet to get a response from the ticket I sent in week ago about losing my legendary saw. I'm esspecially heated over losing the saw since I paid actuall money for that particular lock box it came in. Devs would you please fix this problem! I'm not normally one to rant but I'm getting pretty mad now after losing my second assault rifle this one I just traded for. Are we gonna get this stuff back or did I basically rent those weapons?

That sucks big time, I would avoid the salvage matrix for now when dealing with legend weapons. Only use purple and under for the salvage for now.

I lost my orange assault rifle the same way. I sent a ticket as well on the 12th and its still open. I thought they was ignoring me but i see im not the only one. I too stop using the salvage matrix until this is fixed. I hope it will be soon cause modding your weapons makes a huge difference.

Are you guys starting the 10min timer then closing the menu and doing other things? I ask because I have either been really lucky or leaving the menu open while it counts down keeps your gear safe if you d/c.

I close that sucker and do other things. But I been fine and haven't encounter the bug...yet. Is that the cause of weapon disappearing?

I just heard about this.....
I would make a joke about how crappy my legendary boomer is, but that would be tasteless. I hope they fix this and good luck to you guys on this problem.

I cant say for sure but I have d/ced quite a few times while adding slots and havent lost an item yet. It seems like everyone I ask that has lost an item closed the menu and went to do other things.

i lost mine during the ten minute countdown...they cut the servers for maintence. If i would have that i would lose my weapon then i wouldnt have done it they could fix this but just taking the timer off. I dont even know why they implimented a timer anyway

Thought the same thing. What is with the timer? It has no reason to be there, pointless. What adding a mod slot takes time to be like real life or something?
