Looking for Clan

Hey i am looking for a german, russian or european clan. I dont want to fill out applications, just to be ready to play wit you, so dont link me to your forumpage. I like to pvp and pve (ts3 or aqvivalent would be nice) I dont search for a clan with thousands of people, but it shouldnt be 1-2 either.
I am currently at 780+ ego.
