A few questions/problems

I'm dealing with a few glitches that make certain aspects of the game 100% unplayable, and I just want to know if other people are having these problems. Like everyone else with a PS3 I'm pretty upset that I payed $70 for what is essentially a non-functional product at the moment.

Here are my biggest concerns:
(please answer #3 ASAP I would like to purchase the pass today if that's all I need to do)

1. I have beaten every mission in the game aside from Project Aegis Pt 1, when I get to the last turret the hellbugs and hulker literally re-spawn not even 3 seconds after I kill them. Also the final turret has never in my last 20-30 attempts allowed me to re-boot, the game simply never gives me the option. I've noticed with the first 3 turrets they won't let me re-boot if they're hit too much, and the hulker is always wailing away at the 4th before I'm anywhere near it. Is this quest completely glitched for everyone atm?

2. Mostly all of my goals never save, I've done 24/25 arkfalls averaging 100~150 kills in each one and in my goals log it says I'm at 84/5000 total arkfall kills as of today, the funny thing is I've already finished 1000/1000 and got 300 kills last night. The same goes for all my competitive multi-player goals, I got 3 rescue kills on waterfront in one game last night and this morning I'm at 1/5 kills.

3. Capture & Hold matches and Freight Yard, this one's not a glitch I just want some info. I can't find the option for either of these anywhere, do I need the season pass to play these or are they just not out on the PS3 yet?

Wow found a lot more things.

4. In Waterfront it spawns you in the back of a truck and there is no possible way to get out aside from killing yourself.

5. In Competitive Multi-player people are either glitching or have hacks out already because people stay cloaked the entire game, also I've noticed several people that don't become visible when they shoot their gun from cloak. Yea, **** that.

6. In Competitive Multi-player there's a glitch where you get hit by a bio-std grenade and you can no longer run or jump the entire match.

I'm gonna build this list up to 100 things, then demand a refund or sue Trion for making me pay for a broken product.

1.) Yes, aegis part 1 is glitches for everyone. It can only be completed if another glitch occurs.

2.) Yes, there is an issue with pursuits resetting. It's being addressed...

3.) dunno what that is

4.) Never happened to me

5.) Yes, there are currently a plethora of 'hackers'/'exploiters'.

6.) Yes, that is a known glitch.

No one made you pay for anything, you made the choice of your own free will regardless of how broken the game may be for you.

I'd love to see what happens with your lawsuit. I'm pretty sure you couldn't afford to find an attorney that would even listen to your complaints.
