How are you getting EGO so dam high?

Mine is like 286 and i've been playing a long time. I do side missions ark falls etc but there is not that many main missions to get that much dam ego in the 1400's like I see some of these people. Wht's the scoop?

You can't have been playing a long time to have 286, that's low for a 'long' time. Mine's 1350 but I have been playing it a lot (self employed with no work on).

Competing pursuits. That is how I got 1500. I'm not even done with the main mission I left off at SF

Go to your ego hub and check the missions you havent completed yet, go through and finish them and watch your ego rating sky rocket

Yeah doing Pursuits is pretty much a bonus. Doing a entire Pursuit Section in Season 1 Garners boat loads of Levels xD

Your Ego is split into categories. You got Pursuits that can be found in goals on your menu. If u want a high ego you complete those. Then you have your power rating. That contributes to your ego units. Best way to get that up is arkfall hunting. Those two sections will boost your ego the most. Then small things like continuously switching your weapons to ensure your skills go up. Alot of ppl stick to two weapons and miss out on that ego boost. Gl to ya

I've been doing side missions and main missions. I'm at the point whereI just rigged the turrets at the mine after defending cooper's ranch from the raiders. Im not in San Fran yet. Haven't been doing pursuits b/c to find the locations on a map with no names was taking forever. I just got the map labeled with locations so I'm going to drive around tmrw night (work all night today) and get pursuits done by unlocking the locations.

I hit 2000 today, this is how

86 pursuits completed
more than 150 arkfalls completed
roughly 50 co-op map runs
estimate approx 50 pvp matches
beat main missions almost twice now
beat all side missions
gold medal on every single event in the game (minus races due to unimaginable lag adding time to the results)

No lifing, farming, etc
