I had a weird glitch in the game and the sky turned into a cyan coloured sky, it looked really cool

Another theory is it's a map editor icon and it's not supposed to show up on the live server(s). Which would also mean that the developers are working on areas outside of the normal map, so maybe the map is going to expand soon :-)
