Only ever gotten an orange from lockbox.
Only found them in lockboxes
Only in lockboxes so far but ive found purples on the ground so I am sure oranges can drop just very rare.
I was just wondering I've seen everything but orange drop from adds so I thought I'd ask
I was doing a main storyline mission this morning, and one of the enemies dropped a orange tiered weapon, it did not have any special aura around the weapon like drops have sometime, I was never able to pick it up because my inventory was full and I didn't have any time to do inventory management and defending 3 generators from endless spawning of enemies
whats your ego lvl?? i would like to think as you get higher up you will start seeing them in drops more frequently.anyone know why some guns have a weird orange glow?? i thought these were legendary but they are green, whites, and purples with orange glows like super weapons but go into inventory.
That aura is a bug and was "fixed" in latest patch... PS3 didn't get yet though.Quote:

Reason I asked is I have a orange shotgun I don't remember getting from a box and I don't really know where I got it lol
It may have been a fluke, or a bug from the earliest days of the launch, but i got an orange shotgun from a regular loot drop on the second day or so; I'm sure it wasn't from a lockbox, as at that point i hadn't figured out how those worked or how to get them yet. :D That said, if this wasn't a fluke and they are available as loot drops, i'm sure they are exceedingly rare.
