Just noticed that my contracts has a lock over the box cant see them anyone know whats up?
You mean they've been unlocked before? I've never had contracts open and assumed it was a general removal and would be returned when unbugged.
No I was working on the 100 multiplayer kills did my last match before going in match I looked to see how many more kills I needed and only need 2 well I got 18 kills that game no contact complete so went to look and its locked now.
Sorry I don't know then, I've been playing about a week and from when I've first seen it (can't remember when I first checked it) it has always been a padlock.
Ignore what I've said above I'm a very slow player and didn't realise it was level locked got it now and seems to be fine for me.

Mine just locked, but that was after I completed my final contract. Was thinking that had something to do with it maybe?
I have heard that if you restart the missions, the contracts will lock again until you reach the point in the storyline where the contracts unlock. I don't know this for certain as I am on the PS3 and we can't replay the storyline missions yet, nor do I know of this is the reason for your problems, but I thought I'd pass on the information in case it helps.
Still not sure if it's intentional, or a bug. But once you complete all your current contracts, the contract tab locks >_>
