I like coffee of all kinds, my favorite probably being iced coffees from gas stations and stuff. In the summer. Mmmmmm.
But overall I think I like tea more.
I get really bad withdrawal if I don't have at least 12 cups a day.

I have a love/hate relationship with coffee. I'm pretty stim-sensitive (I can't use thermogenics and other "fat burners" when I'm cutting weight for lifting - I start acting like I'm on m e t h - angry and anxious etc.) and, while I enjoy coffee, I have a tendency to overdo it and turn myself into a crackhead. I'm still trying to find that perfect daily amount - to enjoy it, get the benefits, but not overdose on it. Matter of fact, I'm open to feedback or input from anyone in here.

2 cups would be a good start a day, you can try that and see if it works, and plus it also depends on the kind of coffee you're drinking too, some have a ton of caffiene and some have smaller amounts ( this is my dads medical crap kicking in lmao ) try 1 cup in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, hope that helps
i mostly prefer my italian roast, but occasionally ill drink some afghan roast too, and it has to be dark, not that light or mid crap lol. I dont drink much during the summer, maybe 2 cups a day or something, but come fall and winter, im loaded on the stuff, im like a crackhead buzzin around the dang apt amped on the stuff lmao

I enjoy coffee daily. I like hot coffee in the morning and iced coffee in the evening. I usually do vanilla on any of them.
I also like long walks on the moon.
I love my kuerig and my fav coffee is wolf Gang Pucks Jamaica me Crazy Love the coconut coffees.
