Any PC gamers been able to find the Armistice Celebration Pilgrim event?

Same, was rolling along all the stupid roads with nary a chance of that one showing up. The other 2 got in one day twice. At least I got a rank or 2 in my roller.

Finnaly manage to get the last one :D
It seems there is higher chance to spawn when it's dark I visited the spawn point few times during the day time and nothing arrived few min ago (nighttime ) and they finnaly spawned.

They spawn pretty often now just clear a few emergencies and wait there for it to spawn or drive around and get them as you wander about. Finished all my episode missions 2 days ago thankfully.

Started a thread on it. I'm holding one as of 4:05EST if anyone wants to add/join to me. I'd like to get at least a couple people before doing it...but then again someone else might come and do the mission.

Edit: Nevermind - they just did lol.
