earliest would be about 8pm (based on the forum time stamps GMT) - 10pm(gmt)
or 2 - 4pm(PST) would be my guess

Oh I've definitely seen it update way before 8pm EST. Sometimes its up at like 3-4pm EST.

i said 8pm(GMT)... not EST latest would probably be around 7pm EST... I usually see it update around 3-4pm(CST) but sometimes 5-6

looks like the update to the playstation store is gonna be late again...

bah! at least i'm having fun playing Guild Wars 2 at the moment.
