"Fault" is kinda pointless, imo. Disks fail. Database software occasionally has bugs. CPUs overheat. Hardware gives out.
Shtako happens.
Willing to bet Trion's HQ is a like a hornet's nest atm. They'll fix it. If they have to roll back, they'll give us some way to make up what we lost. Worst case, there's a ticketing system. GW2 issue took 12 days per person to sort out and 3/4 of my guild was effected. Not even worried.

No, a rollback returns to the last known GOOD data. (In this case likely 30 minutes earlier). And the reset method, not your rating. Just the point you've spent would be reset and everything else returned from back-ups.Quote:
