How much longer until EU can pre-download?

Any idea on when EU are able to download the client for the beta? If I remember correctly NA was able to download a good while before the servers went live.

I have no idea how right this is, but someone told me psn updates for the UK around 5pm on wedensday.
If that IS correct, that means the store won't update for like another 20 hours or so....

If that is right then EU are getting screwed out of 2 hours beta time, more if you have a crappy internet connection. The NA store doesn't update until Tuesday night for me (GMT) but people were starting to download their beta's on Monday night.

Also Battlefield 3 End Game DLC appeared on the EU Store today, so its not impossible for them to update early.

Sony is sneaky like that, sometimes things turn up on the store before update time, but you can't actually find them unless you search for them.
Hopefully we can download and preinstall soon, I'm sure someone will let us know once they were able to do it themselves.

its down to when the psn updates. 2 hours out of 6 days isnt exactly a whole lot. be glad your not xbox they only had hours total until recently

Its not just the slight delay, its how long it will take to download and then install, for some people, including a friend of mine that could be a couple of days. I don't understand how they are able to get it available to pre-download for NA but EU have to wait until after the actual start to enter our codes.

I think I'm getting a little impatient now :p I NEEDZ ME SUM DEFIANCEZ :)


It could be that because EU can effectively play on NA servers, we could get in game early, which would defeat the object of having a start time.

It is based on when PSN updates their system in the EU.
