Keycode farming

Wanted to get a few keycards in before the patch, whenever that may be.

I've read a few complaints from pc/Xbox uses about getting no keycards at all from emergencies after their patch so want to get a load in while I can!

I've done a fair few emergencies but I've noticed not all give you keycodes

Any recommendations for the best places and types of emergencies to get them?

There is a network of 3 emergency spots around top notch area. Also, san fran emergenceies be it the hardest seem do drop lots of keycodes.

the way i do it i get 75 keycodes every hour to 2 hours of grinding. not to mention the xp ranking is a good rate also

no i have a circlular route that i got in and do emergencys. mostly are hellbug nest and just run them over so i hardly get out of my roller unless i run into a monarch. i just timed it and got my 75 in 40 minutes. with that i just got a T4 lockbox and got me a orange vbi short barrel shotgun.

I am also curious as to what these emergencies are. I dont see any thing on the legend that says emergencies and most of the time when i highlight an objective it doesnt show keycodes as a reward.

thats my issue really, im not exactly 100% sure what classes as an emergency!
I freed some prisoners by the roadside while travelling to a mission, took a few beatings in the process and when i finally defeated the enemies I didnt receive any keys!
I was pissed lol

Hellbug emergencies give keys. Random encounters, not noted on the map, are emergencies.

I don't think all the hellbug emergencies give you keycodes. Skitterlings!, any of the Hellbug Nests and the Mutants v Hellbugs will all give you keycodes. They are all fairly common and quite easy to complete, which is why I think the keycodes were removed in the patch.
