Just figured out the secret to beating shotguns in PvP!!!!

Okay, so I spent the last two weeks trying to figure out how to beat shotguns in PvP. While I was in the library today I, after a bit of research online, I found out that Defiance is a gun game.

That was my first clue.

After I talked to a gun specialist at a shooting range, he informed me that guns are long distance weapons.

THAT'S WHEN IT HIT ME

I don't need to run towards shotgunners if I can sit back and shoot them! :cool:

The only problem is that none of my shotguns have very much long distance. I tried using VOT Fraggers, sawed off shotties, birdshots, etc, etc. I pretty much used every single shotgun but you can't get any real damage past 20 feet.

So, that's the real problem with PvP and Defiance as a whole. There aren't any guns that can shoot long range. All the weapons at your disposal only do damage at close range. That's why EVERYONE has to use shotguns. Trion PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

This is a gun game. If you want to beat shotguns:

1) Step out of shotgun range
2) Aim
3) Shoot
4) Shoot again
5) Win

Or use a Flare to light up the night! And their flesh!

No, I think the "do you even lift?" Thread from a while back was better. Made me just want to eat cheeseburgers all day.
