Slunds like your still in Marin, which means u have to complete the Sausalito main missions. I think theres about a dozen left, could be wrong.
I dont know which platform your on but if your ps3 ill gladly get you the fast travel spot.
You'll be there soon. Just ignore the side missions for now.
Thanks, I'm actually a bit further, I've completed about 4 or 5 missions in Sausalito. Almost there. Funny thing is I completed the cross the Golden Gate Bridge contract without crossing it, I tried a few times, but you all know how that ends up. :)
Yeah you have a while to go. If you are concerned I would try to find a friend/clanmate/random person who has gotten to SF and group with them so you can teleport into SF.
I heard about that being an option, but I think focusing on getting there the legit way is a smart thing to do. I find myself completing every side mission as they pop up, and this game is taking forever. I just wanna finish it honestly so I can try PVP.
Don't rush it just to get to San Fran. You'll regret it later. I'm like you and want to get there the legit way. Well... I was lol. I decided to warp to a friend who was at the overpass. I then I had fast travel unlocked. It's not as bad as you think if you think like me. I thought I would ruin the game experience by getting there early. It legit takes 10 minutes to do all the episode pursuits. It was very quick and easy, in and out and now I'm back to north bay where I left off, nothing spoiled.
You will be close when you get access to a... Hand of God... so to speak.
and then use said Hand... to smack a Ho.
True Story.
I'd advise taking our time, doing everything you can. Don't rush to get to San Fran. Firstly, it's not super interesting to look at. I much preferred the green farmlands of Sausalito to the bombed out wasteland of the city proper. Secondly, you'll want to have some good gear and a decent perk progression before you head into the city because the enemies (Dark Matter in particular) are significantly harder to tangle with than mutants and raiders.
The main missions of Defiance, in progressive order of encounter, are:
- Chaos Reigns
- Snipers Ridge
- Raid the Medicine Cabinet
- We're on the Air
- Fine Tuning
- Kith and Kinship
- All Roads Lead to Bloodbath
- Into the Depths
- Enter the Lawkeeper
- Hell of a Day
- Collateral Damage Expected
- A Faustian Bargain
- Major Miner Rescue
- Safe No More
- Follow Cass's Lead
- Breaking Into San Quentin
- Down at the Docks
- An Unexpected Delay
- A Disturbing Discovery
- Distress Call
- Hostile Takeover
- Ulterior Motives
- Something Wicked This Way Comes
- A Bullet for a Badman
- Thorn in the Side
- Explosive Interruption
- Old Friends, Old Swords
- Lend a Hand
- Strange Bedfellows
- Cut Off the Head
- Seize the Day, Control the Future
- Into the Heart of Darkness
- Radio Silence
- Pirate Radio
- Automaton Allegiance
- Rosa's New Toy
- The Heart of the Matter
- A Series of Problems
- No Finer Place
- Defiance
Use that.
"Into The Heart of Darkness" is the mission where you first go to San Fran.
