I think they need their aim patched to be more accurate. After the patch the other day I all of a sudden dodged 3 Dark Matter Sniper shots in a row. This is obviously not how its suppose to be. They've always hit every shot dead on whether or not you can see them. Therefore I believe that the last patch broke them and that they need to be fixed.
They are still shooting me through walls and ceilings though, so that's still ok...

I think I need to spin to face them more when I get hit by them. Actually if I could just do a 360 spin before facing them, that'd be great. Plz fix Trion

Yeah, what's up with the "spin to face attacker" thing? I was bombing around San Fran when I got shot by a sniper, auto-spun to face him, and got shot in the back of the head by ANOTHER SNIPER.
