I have to laugh at the people who think having to do it twice and claim there is nothing wrong with the system. Considering there is eight blastpods, you have to do it twice to get fifteen, DUH.
You people have obviously not had to do this with people who lack the sharing gene. You wait until you have to do the event four or fives times to get enough credit to complete your daily. I bet you change your attitude towards the new system real quick. Having someone there that does nothign but kill the blastpods during those four or fives times will change it even faster.
They need to take a hint from their fellow Trion members of RIFT - where they made it that anyone who does damage to mob gets credit for a kill.
I had to fo it four times. It's hard to tag them when people are gunning them down ASAP with ARs. I have to admit, I do not like this competitive approach to contracts. I preferred being friendly with my fellow ark hunters, not seeing them as potential "kill stealers".
In all the promos Arkhunters were depicted by hostile sobs that only act as one when facing a greater enemy and continue backstabbing after they succeed.
Maybe Trion wanted the game feel more like what they promised back then ... : o
Easy rep is easy rep. Why complain about it. Most of the daily rep contracts you can complete by doing Rampages or Hotspots. The easiest rep in any MMO I've played to date. I'm sure they will add more later down to road to spice it up a bit but for now. Be happy that Rep is easy to get.
You are missing the point. It's not about the rep, it's about the broken sense of community. Before we worked together in relative harmony, now we fight eachother and the game mechanics just as much as the enemies. It was a good idea, but poorly executed. And it needs to be addressed.Quote:
