I am on Xbox, and it does spawn. It's spawns lots of places, primarily the north east corner of the San Fran map it seems.Quote:

Im on PS3 and I have seen it probably a dozen times. I even seen it outside of San Fran. The first time I found it, it was 100m North of Bug-N-Chug
